It is better to move slowly than not at all.

Take small or even tiny steps every day! If you are too busy and have not got enough time to practice, try to spend about 5 minutes a day listening as listening helps improve your speaking. Listen carefully to what the speaker says, focus on the speaker’s tone, and pronunciation to make sure you do the same. So, if you spend 5 minutes of your 24 hours a day to practice, you can make it in the end. The achievement might not be too soon but that’s okay! Need some patience to continue practicing till you reach your goal. Confidence isn’t built overnight. Consistent practice combined with patience will help you reach your target.

It is necessary to celebrate your progress gradually and not postpone your celebration for the purpose of achieving the big goal. You really need to celebrate every movement by rewarding yourself with something you enjoy, like having your favorite cup of coffee at a coffee shop, eating at your favorite restaurant, watching a movie, or even eating a chocolate bar. I mean, you really need to reward yourself regularly.
